Who's at class this week?

The boys are holding the fort this week with Allan teaching on Monday night at Dance Head Quarters in Southport and again on Tuesday night at the Parkwood/Arundel Community Centre. After attending the Sydney DanceMania Event and the competition here in Queensland last weekend, Allan's pumped with new moves and excitement so get along to his classes and be challenged and inspired.

Kent will be teaching the Wednesday night class at Dance Head Quarters and his regular Friday night class at the Broadbeach Senior Citizens Hall. Known for his relaxed style and ease on the dance floor, boys can learn a lot from Kent while having a good laugh.

Both the boys have some quality stuff for you this week so join them and the crew during the week for a dance. Don't forget, the crew are rostered on to ensure we all have a good night so have a dance with Rosco, Kat, Zoe, the McFly's, Pete & Janelle, Jenny, Jade, GeeJay, Rizzo, Big Rob, Shelly, Sven, Coby or Laura - just to name a few!

A huge congratulations goes to EVERYONE who participated in the event. Also, recognition to the other Gold Coast dancers who we see occasionally at our Le Step classes. It was great to see so many competitors from the coast out on the floor and then taking home the trophies! Look forward to seeing you all at class soon.

FREE Dance Party!

The next dance party hosted by Le Step on the Coast will be in the Broadbeach Mall and will be FREE!

Join us "Under the Sails" in the Broadbeach Mall for a night of fun, laughter, food, drink and most of all DANCING. The last few parties have had great attendance so why not enjoy the fresh spring night out in the open.

It's been a hectic few months with many dance events to attend. This month we're taking it easy and this will be the only party on the Coast for September so don't miss out.

Join us for dinner at PIZZACAKE in the mall from 5:30pm and then dance it all off at the party "under the sails". For those who are 'addicted to dance', join us afterwards at the Howl At The Moon just 20 meters down the mall for more partying and socialising. I good night to be had by all so join us!

Routines coming in October

Le Step on the Coast will be teaching both a Beginner routine - "Rockin' for Myself " as well as the much sought after Intermediate/Advanced routine - "YEAH" over a six week period starting in October. You will need your own partner, a sense of humour and the ability to enjoy yourself to participate in either of these routines so start planning now. There's a routine for all level of dancers. If you're not sure which one's for you, ask the teachers at your favourite venue!

Dates are on Sundays as follows:

Week 1 - 15 Oct

Week 2 - 22 Oct

Week 3 - 29 Oct

Week 4 - 05 Nov

Week 5 - 12 Nov

Week 6 - 19 Nov

The Beginner Routine will be taught from 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
(Rockin' For Myself)

The Intermediate/Advanced Routine from 5:00pm - 7:00pm.
(Yeah)
