Dance Party "Under the Sails"
One of the most popular events here on the Coast are the open air dance party's held in the Broadbeach Mall "Under the Sails". The next one is on the first weekend of October and that's only 3 weeks away! We'll be including a beginner class as well, so if you want to bring your friends who've never tried it before, here's a FREE opportunity to show them what it's all about.
Details and brochures are now available at class.
Join us at Pizzacake from 5.30pm for dinner and drinks. This is a great way to start the evening. Hope to see you there.....
Tuesdays @ Arundel
Grab your shoes on Tuesday night and head into Arundel to check out Al's class. He's got some stuff up his sleeve as usual and the lovely Kat will be on stage with him this week. Kat will the take the re-cap class for the beginners while Miss Jenny will do the intermediate class with Al. This venue has a great floor and air-con too so what's it gonna be.......the couch or some dancing fun with the Tuesday crew? See you Tuesday!
Wednesdays @ Dance HQ
Numbers have been great on Wednesday nights! It would seem our dancers are discovering that a midweek boogie is a great way to break up the week and practice their moves and grooves. Emma's got Isaac on stage with her this week so join them for some fun and focus on simple, sexy styling! Sexy Shelly and the Suave Rossco will entertain the re-cap class with some fantastic tips on making the transition from beginner to intermediate. Looking forward to Wednesday already!
Fridays @ Broadbeach
Good numbers, good atmosphere, and great people! Join us on Friday for the biggest dance night of the week. With so many talented dancers from both Brisbane and the Gold Coast joining us, there's heaps of people to dance with and a good buzz in the room. A great opportunity to dance with some of Qld's best!
This week Jade's on stage with Kent so ladies.....come and see how to move that body! Kent and Chrissy will take you through some intermediate moves gauranteed to be freestylable and fun while Jade and Graham give the intro-mediates something to up the anti on their moves too. Allan will join us on Friday night and take the beginners through the re-cap class with Miss Katie who recently signed on as the Crew.

We'd like to get our hands on some happy snaps of the first ever Le Step on the Coast "Soiree", held at "The Grange", Hyatt Regency, Sanctuary Cove on 1st September! If you have any shots that you'd like to share with your dancing friends, please email: GoldCoast@lestep.com.au and we'll get them on the website and into the next newsletter.
This is to become an annual event here on the Coast, so any feedback you have will also be welcomed in an effort to ensure the event is improved on for next year!
If you bring 5 first timers with you on any one night, you will receive your choice of a Le Step Instructional DVD or a Le Step hat - absolutely FREE. Check with the door staff at your local venue!

The event of the year is scheduled for The Mapleton Centre on the weekend of 23rd-25th November 2007. Make sure you get in and book your spot now!

Hurry! The easiest thing is to register on-line and then choose to pay at class or pay on-line. All the options are listed on our Events_Dance Camp Pages.
There are seven interstate teachers for you flying in for this year's mammoth event.
It's an all-inclusive weekend. One cost covers all meals, activities, the dance workshops (including guest teachers we're flying in for you)... Don't have a group of friends to share a room with? That's ok. Lots of people will be 'allocated a group of friends'. If you do know lots of people you can organize your own 'cabin group'. Cabins are 6 to 8 people per room. (Conditions apply)
