Monday nights @ COOLANGATTA

Please note that daylight saving hours are now back to normal so class at Coolangatta will start at 7:30pm

Kent is teaching the mainstream class this week after returning from his holiday. Let's welcome him back by heckling during his class! Don't be afraid of the rain - ladies....bad hair is welcome!

Monday's is intro-mediate night so it's a great night to focus on your technique and fundamentals that will see you in the intermediate classes sooner. Freestyle on Monday nights is always the most fun. Good dancers to dance with and a more intimate feel during the classes. Monday's is a great night in the South!

Come and join us at Cooly tonight for a dance then head to Macca's on the highway for a dodgy late night snack! Open invite.

Allan will teach beginners with Aynsley this week and intermediate with Ciara. Katie and Atul will teach the re-cap class while Coby and Aynsley teach the intro-mediate class.

Wednesday nights @ SOUTHPORT - Katrina Ostrenski

We welcome Katrina Ostrenski to the stage this week as she will teach both the beginner and the intermediate classes. Take advantage of another one of the GC's awesome female dancers and hear what she has to offer.

Kent will be there too as he and Jenny will teach the re-cap class while Justin and Emma take the intro-mediate class. Come and be a part of Wednesday nights on the Coast.

Ball Tickets go on sale TODAY

One of the biggest events for the Le Step calendar is the Le Step Ball in Brisbane. Tickets go on sale today so get in early and book your tickets or organise your own table of 10.

This is an awesome night full of dance displays, a 3 course meal, some shared drink to start the night and dancing to a live band.

Tickets this year will be $125 for five hours of fun at the Greek Club.

Bookings essential.

Easter Break

A reminder to everyone that:-

THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES THIS FRIDAY OR COMING MONDAY DUE TO THE EASTER WEEKEND.

Class will resume on Tuesday, 14 April at Arundel.

Le Step on the Coast (Emma. Al, Holly and Kent) would like to wish everyone a happy and safe Easter Weekend. Please be careful over the break and we'll see you all back next Tuesday.

Sharks on this Thursday night - with the Zookeepers!

No class on Friday so why not celebrate the coming Easter Weekend with your dancing friends at Sharks on Thursday night.

Some of us who haven't been for a while, intend to make a "night of it" by dancing to the tunes of the Zookeepers and sharing a few laughs and beverages.

Brisbane Dance Party

Let's head to Brisbane on Saturday, 18th April for a dance with our northern friends!

We often have a good contingent of Brisbane dancers attend our Gold Coast events so let's do some car pooling and head to Brizzie for a night of dancing. Start planning now and minimise the amount of cars and designate our drivers. The more the merrier.

The Brisbanites Friday venue will be closed for renovation on the 17th so there'll be a group coming to our Friday night class in Broadbeach. Let's reciprocate and head to Brisname on Saturday 18th for more dancing!

Should be loads of fun with plenty of dancing and socialisng to be done.

Dress Code Reminder...

Thanks to everyone for sticking to our 'Smart Casual' dress code.

A reminder guys that we do not allow 'shorts' at our classes. Think of it like this... would you wear shorts out to a club on Saturday night?
No - shorts and dancing looks daggy!

Also, guys for hygiene reasons we do not allow shirts with cut-off sleeves. Most people are fine, but if you're not sure, please ask one of our friendly door staff for a copy of the dress code for guys or girls.
